text-align: right; line-height: normal;\"\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"AR-SA\" dir=\"RTL\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Jameel Noori Nastaleeq'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #080809;\"\u003eجناح نے بطور گورنر جنرل سندھ میں اردو بولنے والی کمیونٹی کو مضبوط کرنے کی ہر ممکن کوشش کی اور اس کے لیے سندھیوں کے مفادات کو بھی نظر انداز کردیا۔ قیام پاکستان تک سندھی مسلمانوں کی تقریباً 25 لاکھ ایکڑ اراضی ہندو بنیوں کے پاس رہن ہو چکی تھی۔ سندھ اسمبلی نے مارچ 1947 میں \"سندھ اسمبلی لینڈ اونرز مارٹگیج بل\" منظور کیا اور توثیق کے لیے گورنر سندھ کو بھیج دیا۔ اس قانون کے مطابق ہندوؤں کے پاس رہن شدہ اراضی ان کے حقیقی مالکان کو واپس مل جانی تھی۔ یہ بل ابھی گورنر کے پاس زیر التواء تھا کہ اگست میں پاکستان بن گیا۔ قیامِ پاکستان کے بعد گورنر جنرل (محمد علی جناح) کی ہدایت پر گورنر سندھ نے اس بل کی توثیق کرنے سے انکار کر دیا، جس کا واضح نتیجہ یہ نکلا کہ ہندوؤں کی چھوڑی ہوئی تمام زمین متروکہ جائیداد کے زمرے میں چلی گئی جسے مہاجرین میں ان کے کلیموں کے عوض تقسیم کیا جانا تھا۔\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; text-align: right; line-height: normal;\"\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"AR-SA\" dir=\"RTL\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Jameel Noori Nastaleeq'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #080809;\"\u003eمقامی آبادی کے مفادات پر منفی اثرات مرتب کرنے میں ایک اور عنصر بھی شامل تھا۔ مہاجرین کی ایک قابل ذکر تعداد نے مہاجرین کی آبادکاری و بحالی کے محکموں اور سرکاری افسران سے تعلقات اور ملی بھگت سے جعلی کلیموں پر متروکہ دکانیں، گھر اور اراضی وغیرہ حاصل کر لیں۔ جبکہ مقامی سندھیوں کو شہروں میں گھروں کی خریداری سے قانونی طور پر روک دیا گیا۔ آبادکاری کے قوانین میں ایک نئی شق کا اضافہ کیا گیا جس کے مطابق دس ہزار سے زائد مالیت کی پراپرٹی مقامی سندھیوں کو نہیں دی جائے گی۔ اسی طرح دکانوں کی خریداری کے لیے بھی مقامی افراد پر پابندی لگا دی گئی۔\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;
