We cannot help but misunderstand Buddha. Because Buddha speaks from beyond the limits of the mind. Words that confuse a human being. As if the world's own troubles were not enough that we now go about searching for the purposes of creation. Buddha will discuss with you all those things that are useless to a rational man. Far from accepting them, even attempting to understand them seems difficult. For this, you will have to empathize with Buddha. Setting aside all existing theories, you must reflect upon these sayings that Muhammad Iqbal Randhawa has attempted to translate into our language. Consider it this way: whatever is happening around you is in darkness, and the Dhammapada is a torch of light showing us the way. As soon as you realize the presence of all these things that were in darkness for your entire life, some begin to scream and shout, some cling to the very first step, and some get busy protecting their conventional beliefs. How many blind people begin to understand and explain these words according to their own perceptions; they begin new religions. Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Randhawa is acting as fuel for this torch; first he provided fuel to Lao Tzu, then to Osho, and this time the work is extremely important. Today's progressive human stands with the argument of their logic and scientific results. But when a human, searching for answers to fundamental questions amidst this mechanical progress, reaches a land of darkness, Buddha opens a window and the open sky becomes visible. This book will not unveil any secret. But this book will certainly provide light to those who are blind. What kind of light will it be when thoughts gather at one center with all their necessities?

It is my belief that an idea in one language cannot be expressed in another in its full capacity. If the ideas belong to Buddha, then it will be exactly like trying to explain the depth of the ocean to a frog in a well. Sometimes, the translator's opinion may contradict the author's. Muhammad Iqbal Randhawa has truly quenched his passion; his hard work is clearly visible in every subsequent translation. And in our society, translating such ideas into common, understandable language is a brave act, which Muhammad Iqbal Randhawa has performed with great beauty.
